Your first LST setup.

STEP 01

Start with a broker demo account

Your GNINE account gives you access to LST. You also need a separate MT4 demo trading account from a broker, with XAUUSD (gold) available.

You can visit IC using the optional GNINE referral link below, then follow the broker's instructions to create an MT4 demo account. Choose MetaTrader 4 where a platform choice is offered. Account availability and requirements depend on your location and the broker.

Affiliate disclosure: GNINE may receive a commission if you use this referral link. You may use another compatible broker. This link does not create a GNINE subscription, and the broker referral is separate from the optional GNINE partner code.

Keep the broker's MT4 login number, password and exact server name handy. Confirm you selected a demo account with virtual funds. You do not need to make a real-money deposit to practise on demo.

STEP 02

Get MT4 for your computer

Use the Windows desktop version of MetaTrader 4 on your computer or a suitable Windows VPS. This LST EX4 does not run in MT5, a browser or the MT4 phone app.

The official page also lists MT5. Choose the MetaTrader 4 for Desktop Windows download. You can use your broker's own official MT4 installer if it supplies one.

1. Install and open MT4. Confirm the application identifies itself as MetaTrader 4.
2. Choose File → Login to Trade Account and enter your broker's demo login, password and server. These are different from your GNINE website credentials.
3. If the server is missing, follow your broker's server instructions or use its MT4 installer.
4. Check you are connected to the correct demo account. Open Market Watch and confirm your broker offers XAUUSD. Ask GNINE support about symbol suffixes before running LST.

Get your broker demo account and MT4 ready first. The seven-day LST clock starts only when you choose Start seven-day demo in your GNINE account.

STEP 03

Download your LST starter kit

1. Open your GNINE account and verify your email.
2. When enrollment is available and you are ready, choose Start seven-day demo. It lasts seven calendar days, including weekends, and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.
3. With active access, select Download LST starter kit (ZIP). On Windows, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All.
4. Open START-HERE.html or QUICK-START.pdf. Keep your private licence key from your GNINE account handy.

The kit contains the LST EX4, this guide in PDF and offline HTML, installation notes, troubleshooting and official links. MT4 itself is downloaded separately.

If the account says the release is being prepared, a new LST trial and its download are not available yet. You can still prepare MT4 and a broker demo account. Contact support if you need help.

STEP 04

Install LST in the right MT4 folder

1. In the MT4 terminal you will use, choose File → Open Data Folder.
2. Open MQL4 → Experts. Copy GNINE_LST_H4.ex4 from the extracted kit into this folder. Do not copy the ZIP or PDF into Experts.
3. Return to MT4. In Navigator → Expert Advisors, right-click and choose Refresh. Restart MT4 if LST is still missing.

Keep one LST installation per licensed MT4 account. Do not attach duplicate copies to other charts or terminals, or combine it with another LST variant on the same account.

STEP 05

Set up XAUUSD on H4

1. Open the supported XAUUSD chart and select H4. Confirm any broker suffix with support.
2. In Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, select Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add:
   https://license.landarch3d.com
3. Attach LST from Navigator to that chart. Under Inputs, paste your private key into InpLicenseKey. Keep this key out of shared screenshots.
4. Review the inputs and lot size before allowing trading. The existing default 0.02 lots is per ticket; three tickets total 0.06 lots. This is not a suitable size for every account.
5. When ready on demo, enable the EA's trading permission and the terminal's AutoTrading button. MT4 may call the EA permission Allow live trading even when the connected account is a demo.

Do not enable DLL imports just to troubleshoot an error. If MT4 reports a dependency or permission issue, send the exact message to support first.

STEP 06

Check your first run

• Confirm the intended demo account, correct broker server, supported XAUUSD chart and H4 timeframe.
• Read Terminal → Experts and Journal for licence, connection and permission errors. The website does not monitor your MT4 terminal.
• Keep MT4 running and connected with the permissions LST needs. Closing MT4, putting the computer to sleep or losing connectivity interrupts the software. A GNINE subscription does not include VPS hosting.
• An immediate trade is not guaranteed. Let the strategy's conditions occur; do not assume no trade means the installation failed.

Trading can lose money. Demo results do not establish profitability or predict live results. Licence expiry does not automatically close open positions; position management still depends on the running EA and terminal.
